Job Scope/Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Development:Lead the design and engineering of Solar Power and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
    Develop detailed technical specifications for solar panels, inverters, battery storage systems, and associated infrastructure.
    Perform simulations and calculations to optimize energy generation and storage capacity.
    Collaborate with internal teams to integrate solar and BESS systems with existing infrastructure or proposed facilities.
    Ensure designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes.
  2. Project Coordination & Management:Act as the primary point of contact for the coordination of all engineering activities for solar and BESS projects.
    Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and resources.
    Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project materials, equipment, and services.
    Oversee and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of design, procurement, and installation phases.
    Ensure that engineering designs and project milestones adhere to established safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  3. Experience & Technical Knowledge:Proven experience in designing, planning, and executing solar power and BESS projects, with a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies.
    In-depth knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering aspects of solar and battery storage systems.
    Hands-on experience with system integration, optimization, and troubleshooting for solar power and BESS installations.
    Expertise in energy storage solutions, battery management systems (BMS), and integration with grid systems.
