Job Scope:
  • Develop & execute country sales plan in line with country budget.
  • Ensure that Sales KPIs are met or exceeded at any time.
  • Lead, mentor & develop the Sales Team.
  • Set local sales objectives & priorities to meet clients' needs & achieve company's growth target.
  • Act as primary Sales contact for regional sales organization & key network partners.
  • Actively engage with Product Managers to create initiative plans / products to achieve Sales targets.
  • Undertake high level business activities to maximize corporate exposure and increase brand awareness.
  • React to changes in business & market environment by redesigning sales plan / process / priority.
  • Identify underperforming segments and recommend solutions for improving performance / quality.
  • Provide recommendations and ensure quality and submission of sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor services level and ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Build key contact and relationships with clients. Ensure the business works together to align with strategy.
  • Implement, coordinate & follow up Group & Divisional Client Centricity initiatives.
  • Actively participate & lead business opportunities of strategic importance.
