As a team, we are driven by a desire to make a positive impact and are constantly innovating to find new ways to support the success of our SME customers.What you'll doAs an Inbound Sales Representative (Client Activation) at Airwallex, you will join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex's future growth engine. You will challenge the norms, never settle, and relentlessly find a way to create an even better experience for future clients. You will be responsible for the onboarding and activation experience of small business leads, shaping the client's first interaction with Airwallex as a product and company. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights and collaborate closely with the Startups, Channel Partnerships, and Marketing teams to help create an even better experience for future clients.This role is based in Singapore.Responsibilities:Advocate for Airwallex: Create a strong first impression to our prospects by providing them with an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise
Educate and Activate: Support customers through the onboarding process and teach them how to leverage the full range of Airwallex products, and ensure adoption of our products
Champion Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer within Airwallex, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed
Improve Internal Processes: Synthesis feedback from customers and work with internal teams to continuously improve our onboarding and activation processesWho you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.Minimum qualifications:Strong Hustle: You love moving at speed, and are driven and resilient to achieve KPIs.
Customer Engagement: Confident in directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote Airwallex solutions.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin, and a great communicator on the phone and via email.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Collaborative: Great team player who enjoys tackling the most difficult challenges with your colleagues.Preferred qualifications:Industry Experience: Less than 2 years experience, and experience in start-up and fintech environments preferred.
