What the role is:The job holder will be part of a small group of dedicated ACE Officers who will be responsible to oversee all ACE Operations and manage incidents during their duty period. He / She will also be required to value add to the conduct of operations and develop workflows and operations specific framework that the ground units (FAST) can execute. The role contributes to overall ACE mission by maintaining a tight centralised observe-orientate-detect-act cycle to monitor and respond quickly to incidents and provide timely advice and support to FAST on the ground.What you will be working on:Effective Incident Management • Sense-make and analyse incidents from the respective regions and plot trends to alert/apprise Senior Management • Alert and direct FAST from the affected region to investigate on incidents with high media tractions and provide timely update to ACE Senior Management on incidents • Disseminate and clarify with FAST on new and revised workflows related to incident management Systems and Operations Processes • Assist to establish systems and processes to guide operational planning and execution of operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Ops Tech Branch) to leverage tech enablers and data-driven approaches to enhance ACE's systems and operations processes. • Identify system support to facilitate ACE knowledge management. • Assist to identify innovation and process as part of operations hub improvements initiatives. • Assist in the creation of collaborative tools and system to enhance operations processes in ACE.What we are looking for:
  • Tertiary education • Experience in Operations and Crisis management would be an advantage • Good collaboration and influencing ability • Good communication skills • Discipline and self-motivated • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Must be comfortable with rotating shift * PWDs are welcome to apply
