  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • It is an opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team
The Job
  • Responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring proper control of governance, scope, resources, timeline, budget and risks. Actively monitor the project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget.
  • Ability to multi-tasks and manage multiple projects, such as campaigns, funds and ad-hoc projects.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and key milestones. Promptly escalate with recommendations for path-to-green.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the business and technical lead to break down complex features into user stories and prioritise the build.
  • Lead and document user requirement gathering for system development, ensuring that the end-to-end processes are adequately and accurately documented.
  • Work with the architects and technical teams to design solutions that meet the project scope and support the expected business outcome.
  • Facilitate the communication between IT and business users to ensure all have a clear and complete understanding of the solutions.
  • Work with the key stakeholders to create test scenarios and test plan.
  • Plan and conduct system testing, results verification prior and after releasing the systems to the business users for production releases.
  • Ensure each build is compliance to relevant requirements:
  • Regulatory approvals
  • Governance requirements
  • Operational Risk requirements
  • Non-Functional Requirements
  • Business requirements for implementation and adoption in markets
The Talent
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Experience in life insurance industry is preferred.
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies and proven ability to handle hybrid projects.
  • Proven ability to multi-tasks and handle multiple projects with minimum guidance.
  • Possess a combination of business and technical.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship with key stakeholders and having the right influencing and communication skills to drive for effective outcome to meet the challenging timeline.
  • Ability to work under challenging environment.
  • Ability to use tools such as Confluence and Jira
