- Bachelor Degree from an established University in Human Resource or Business Management related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience. Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
