Job Description :Our client is a global leader who has been developing and producing complete running gear systems for truck trailers and semi-trailers. They have retained Timeo-Performance to search for their next Managing Director APAC, based in Singapore.Position OverviewThe Managing Director serves as the chief executive and strategic leader of the organization, responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and representing the company to stakeholders. This individual reports to the Board of Directors and works collaboratively with senior leadership to execute the company’s vision and mission.Qualifications and Skills1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • 10 ~ 15 years of leadership working experience with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership roles
  • Strong track record of driving business growth, operational efficiency and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and the associated challenges & opportunities.
