  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What the role is:The Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Executive - Graduate Affairs & Career Services works with the 3 ITE Colleges and various HQ Divisions to support the Educational & Career Guidance of our students, graduates and alumni, tracks our graduate's employment & employability though the Graduate Employment Surveys, and fostering & building overall alumni relations. This position reports to an Assistant Director.What you will be working on:
  • Be adept in ECG tools to provide career advisory to students, alumni and graduates
  • Manage graduate, ECG and GES data & records for submissions to various government agencies
  • Lead, plan and coordinate events such as ITE-MHA ECG Career Fair, and ITE's Homecoming engagements with alumni & graduating students
  • Work closely with 3 Colleges and across different industry sectors to find employers to support job placement services & career fair events
  • Supporting the Graduate Employment Surveys and following up with feedback received especially on employment and employability
  • Handle payment systems and reconciliation of finance journals
  • Study, analyse & interpret student & graduate data for policy initiatives and delivery of ITE student & graduate services
  • Review and refining processes and support the digitalisation needs of the Dept and Division
  • Tracking & reporting of funds utilisation and preparation of budgets
  • Process and manage student records in ITE's student administration system
What we are looking for:
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant working and industry experience
  • Good IT knowledge, proficient in digitalisation and knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
  • Strong organisational and event management skills
  • Flair for administrative & finance-related work
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.
