- We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
- 3+ years' experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
- Knowledge of Advertising Technology ecosystem
- Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
- Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
- Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
- As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders.
- You will become an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way.
- Build technical expertise in company's various advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
- Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of company's advertising solutions
- Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
- Technical Support function for the Client Solutions Managers, also support Account Managers and/or Partner Managers too.
- Cover inbound requests from the sales team on all Ads products (covering in-market and scaled market).
- Ability to understand company's Ads product and unblock any technical challenges that the clients are facing.
- On average 6 new tasks to work on daily basis on non-peak and double volume for peak season.
- Weekly team sharing and learning session to discuss on task findings, learning and troubleshooting together.
- The team can have expansion of scope in coaching tier 1 analyst, who are vendors, in supporting more basic troubleshooting issues.
