  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. This role requires a hands-on approach to UI/UX solution design and will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs across various digital platforms.

You will be actively involved in every stage of the design process, from discovery workshops to usability testing and employee training.

Role: Solution Designer (UI/UX)

Experience: 3 - 10 years

Location: Singapore Central (CBD)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead design discovery workshops to define project goals, user needs, and business objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  2. Conduct user research, develop personas, and document insights to guide design decisions and improve user experience.
  3. Create information architecture (IA), site maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to structure content and visualize user flows.
  4. Design high-fidelity mockups and develop content strategies that adhere to brand guidelines, aligning with user needs and business goals.
  5. Conduct usability testing, provide actionable insights, and create training materials and documentation to ensure consistency and effective implementation across teams.

Requirements:

  1. Proven UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating both low and high-fidelity design work.
  2. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and experience applying best practices.
  4. Experience in design research, including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
