Responsibilities

  • Understand engineering team operations, conduct competitor analysis, identify product gaps, and design new solutions.
  • Maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Write and prioritize product stories. Collaborate with Developers, UI/UX and QA to develop the product.
  • Design MVP solutions for quick implementation while considering a scalable foundation that allows for subsequent enhancements.
  • Facilitate user pilots or testing sessions, gather feedback, and develop training materials for product features and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing user support and manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Exemplary academic achievements in a technical discipline, such as Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience working on technically complex enterprise systems, taking products from ideation to delivery, and effectively demonstrating personal ownership of product strategy and solution design.
  • Good understanding of web application development and cloud technologies, as well as a keen interest in “looking under the hood”, contributing to architectural decisions and understanding technical limitations.
  • Understanding of UI/UX concepts and ability to express requirements in workflow diagrams and wireframe mockups.
  • Innovative thinker, excited about exploring new solutions and challenging the status quo. Driven by tackling complex and challenging problems.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
