  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

In your role as Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and business analysts to successfully deliver IT projects. You will be responsible for leading and growing the practice, implementing best practices, as well as ensuring projects are delivered with excellence to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Practice Build: Lead and grow a high-performing team of functional talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior management to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Process Optimization: Establish and refine best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to enhance project execution and business analysis effectiveness.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and escalation when necessary.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project profitability while driving efficiency and maximizing ROI
  • Proposal Development: Analyze functional and project management requirements to craft compelling, well-structured proposals that effectively communicate value and drive business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis, with a minimum of 5 years leading a practice of at least 40-50 people.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT consulting, software development lifecycles, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong functional skills required to provide guidance to business analysts, and understand project scopes quickly.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and growing teams, with excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches
