What The Role Is
The Resilience and Engagement Division (RED) helps build a strong society by strengthening social capital, and inspiring and empowering individuals to contribute to the common good. (i) Administration Management:

What You Will Be Working On
The Our Singapore Fund (OSF) was launched to support meaningful citizen-led projects that strengthens our solidarity as a society. As part of the team that oversees the OSF, you will provide corporate support by:
- Assessing funding applications.
- Manage projects funded by OSF.
- Verifying submission reports and seek approval for disbursement tranches.
- Assisting the team with monthly statistics.
- Monitoring the budget utilisation.
- Maintaining data records.
Work Experience and Knowledge
- At least 1 year’s working experience, preferably in a role that provides corporate support with project management and stakeholder management experience. Good understanding of risk assessment, internal controls and internal auditing techniques will be an added advantage.
Have Demonstrated The Following Competencies
(i) Administration Management:
- Deliver administrative services and solutions to support the team's Operations
- Manage coordination of storage and logistics within the team.
- Administer secretarial functions and provide support in secretarial matters relating to key stakeholders
- Provide administrative support in the production of documents in the team.
- The ability to execute activities relating to short term and long-term budget planning and administration to support the operations and strategic outcomes of the team.
- Proficiency in administering financial operations through use of, management reporting tools, e-transaction portals, and relevant IT software etc, backed by relevant financial knowledge.
- Handling of daily procurement transactions, including administration of orders, deliveries, logistics etc
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Efficient time management skills.
- A passion for Singapore and keen interest to contribute to our mission of building a culture of care and giving.
- A self-starter who is mature, resourceful and able to adapt to changes well.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to collaborate with other parties.
