They are looking for a junior Risk Operations Specialist, eager to learn and join a fast-paced fintech startup to tackle compliance challenges, prevent fraud, and shape the future of payments.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor payments to prevent fraud and ensure system integrity.
  • Support compliance tasks, including KYC, AML, and BSA.
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to implement risk strategies.
  • Address compliance inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Enhance processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and security.
  • Drive scalable improvements for compliance and risk operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in risk, compliance, or payments is ideal and not a must
  • Bonus: Knowledge of fraud detection tools (e.g., Sift).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn fintech and crypto compliance.
