Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive user acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and a passion for digital marketing.

Social Media & Content Marketing:

• Manage and grow Coincall’s X and LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

• Oversee and support the social media accounts of key leadership team members, curating content to optimize reach.

• Capture and edit photos/videos during physical events and crypto conferences for real-time and post-event content.

• Develop and execute a social media schedule, ensuring timely content posting and engagement.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiment to refine content strategies.

• Engage with the crypto community, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, and business development) to align marketing efforts.

• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversions, follower growth) to optimize strategies.

• Support event marketing efforts, including webinars, AMAs, and crypto conferences attended by the COO.

• Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and educational materials.

Operations & Coordination:

• Support the COO during crypto conferences, ensuring smooth event participation and content coverage.

• Organize and manage social media schedules for regular, structured posting and engagement.

• Ensure Coincall’s app store descriptions (Apple App Store & Google Play) remain updated with the latest product information and keywords.

• Assist with influencer and partnership outreach, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

• Stay updated on crypto trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
  • Familiar with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social)
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Linkedin Insights, X Analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto market, derivatives and blockchain
  • Knowledge of crypto influencers, KOLs
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising campaigns.
