- Support HR projects, reporting, and other related tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HRP-CP certification will be a good plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on expertise in instructional design and content creation.
- Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant HR technologies.
