  • Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee capabilities and align with business objectives.
  • Assess training effectiveness and refine strategies based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning materials.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience.
  • Organize events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to drive a positive work environment.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with universities and institutions to support recruitment and talent pipeline development.
  • Organize and represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and internship programs.
  • Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives to promote employee health, well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with external partners to offer wellness resources and track program impact on employee engagement.
  • Manage and curate HR-related content for internal communication platforms and external employer branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a compelling employer brand.
  • Ensure alignment with HR best practices, including compliance with relevant certifications and industry standards.
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and other related tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HRP-CP certification will be a good plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on expertise in instructional design and content creation.
  • Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant HR technologies.
