Responsibilities
- Process and settlement of all Wealth Management transactions
- Verify deals and ensure completeness of all transactions for the day at EOD
- Ensure all payments and receipts are in good order for all transactions processed
- Ensure all accounting entries are properly and timely posted
- Perform cashflow projection reporting to Treasury
- Ensure Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reporting are timely and accurate
- Liaise with external parties, e.g. Brokers, Banks, custodians on processing and settlement of transactions
- Escalation and monitoring of failed trades per agreed processes
- Involvement in BCP, Systems and Industry Testing when required
- Ensure all exceptions are promptly escalated to the Head of Department or Management's attention
- Ensure all processing documents are retained in order at end of day
- Review and update of Operations Manual and End-to-End Process Procedure Manual
- Provide audit support during document preparation and offer inputs to audit action plans

Requirements
- A recognised university degree and with preferably no less than 10 years of experience in securities and derivatives settlement, life cycle events and security transfer in private banking operations
- Sound knowledge in securities and derivatives products as well as its operation process, in particular expertise in corporate actions across various markets
- Good knowledge and understanding of Bank’s and Regulatory policies, procedures, practices and rules
- Good communication skills and risk awareness
