We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on overseeing and executing events (physical and virtual) with a background in event management, excellent communication skills for liaising with developers, agents and other stakeholders, marketing team and a proactive approach to ensuring projects and training sessions are executed seamlessly.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute events (physical and virtual) from concept to completion.
  • Track progress, manage event timelines, and resolve issues as they arise to ensure smooth execution till event day.
  • Briefing to all stakeholders on details of the event flow.
  • Organising and initiating discussions to kick off event planning.
  • Ensure all marketing materials (brochures, digital presentations, etc.) are prepared and ready for distribution during the event.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure that the event aligns with the project event launches.
  • Schedule and organise fortnightly training sessions for real estate agents and ensure high engagement and attendance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or event planning, preferably within real estate or property-related events.
  • Organizing and managing regular training sessions or workshops.
  • Event management, property launches or real estate-focused events.
