About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Director to grow our business. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our recruitment operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to both clients and candidates. The Recruitment Director will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the firm and driving its continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Management:Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm's client base and market share by introduce our new AI tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client agreements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries and skill sets.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Ensure the timely and effective placement of candidates with clients.
- Financial Management & Reporting:Develop and manage the recruitment budget.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as placement rate, time-to-fill, and revenue generated.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment performance to senior management.
- Compliance & Legal:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Market Research & Industry Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Brand Building & Marketing:Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance the firm's brand and reputation.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven track record of building and managing successful recruitment teams.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
