Job Description

1. Partner Planning & Recruitment

  • Identify target partner groups in the region, recruit high-quality, high-growth partners, and formulate BP/expansion plans.

2. Partner Growth Empowerment

  • Support the development and cultivation of localized channels, and ensure local coverage and customer discovery.
  • Carry out systematic empowerment based on the business direction of partners, including policies, products and solutions, personnel competency certification, etc., to achieve the improvement and transformation of partners' sales and service capabilities and promote business growth.

3. Partner Operations and Incentives

  • Identification and allocation of business opportunities, customer cultivation and business development through partners, and process follow-up and resource support.
  • Partner process management and conflict management.
  • Participate in the formulation of incentive policies and provide feedback to protect the rights and interests of partners.
  • Focus on partner satisfaction, promptly respond to partners' reasonable demands and make quick decisions.

4. Partner Cooperation & Risk Management

  • According to the ecological cooperation policy, effectively carry out ecological quality control/compliance/credit control management, prevent the occurrence of red line behaviors such as integrity, and improve business security.

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of working experience in channel distribution in cloud computing related industries, with proven sales track records.
  • Understand the core values ​of Alibaba Cloud's main product technologies and typical customer scenarios, and answer common questions from partners and customers about the technical value of products.
  • Independently promote and complete in-depth cooperation with local channel partners to solve business development problems.
  • Implement channel partner cooperation strategies to empower and inspire partners and bring business returns.
  • Understand the key needs of customers, match mature products and standardized solutions, and activate existing customers.
  • Lead projects independently and integrate resources for project goals.
  • Successfully run projects and solve complex problems.
