Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate ACMV systems within the design.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and project requirements.
  • Generate detailed 3D models of ACMV systems using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Create shop drawings, schematics, and installation layouts based on BIM models.
  • Use tools like Navisworks or BIM 360 for clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems.
  • Maintain project documentation, including revisions and as-built models.
  • Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings to address issues and ensure milestones are met.
  • Offer technical guidance to the team on BIM processes and software.
  • Train junior staff, mentor them in BIM best practices, and stay updated on BIM technologies.
You are eligible to apply if you possess following criteria:
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of green building standards and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • In-depth understanding of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation design principles.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, ideally in ACMV or MEP sectors.
  • Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
