- Work closely with departments that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies:
- Finance and Purchasing
- Learning Centre
- Admissions
- Academic Services & Progressions
- Student Recruitment
- Estate Management
- Information, Communication and Technology
- Attendance Management
- Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery
- Liaise with external agencies as relevant.
- Receive and process student payments.
- A bachelor degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales and customer services related working experience.
- Proven sales / customer services track record
- Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy / eye for details
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work
- Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with English Language learners from China
