Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Vice President / Assistant Vice President to design, implement, and oversee overall strategies for all areas of responsibility
- Analyze designated market situation and provide proposal for business opportunities
- Identify potential market segment for further acquisition
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated market and audience
- Provide feedback and update Admin on operational changes to ensure SOPs / GPs are in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements and act
- Coordinate with other BUs on all business related projects, e.g. events, promotions
- Hosting of guests, attend to their needs and gather feedback to ensure excellent service and hospitality to guests
- Review manpower planning, training and development of team members which includes daily and long-term operations, coaching, mentoring, motivate team members’ performance
- Management of credit lines and assisting in collection
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum ten years of business development experience in relevant industry and in a supervisory role
- Able to work on rostered shifts including weekend & public holidays
