- Lead Market Intelligence for improving the organization’s understanding of industry trends and customer technical roadmaps
- Plan and execute competitors, customers and equipment suppliers analysis based on quarterly business performance
- Prepare and manage periodic competitor analysis with ST line of business
- Develop insights into macroeconomic and industry growth to anticipate trends or threats to the business
- Lead market share and size process in the cluster, through an end-to-end format, from data collection to reports and insights for business strategies and plans.
- Lead various ST level growth initiatives aligned with 5-year growth targets. Partner with ST leadership on inorganic growth options
- Identify and analyze disruptive and emerging industry trends, evaluate implications for the business and develop preliminary considerations for leadership.
- Provide input to the IBP process from a market perspective for useful decision making in the MBR.
- Coordinate, consolidate and integrate the different sources of primary and secondary information for communication to management, and / or to seed conversations at leadership meetings
- Exhibit strong teamwork within and beyond the Strategy & Market Intelligence team to drive cross functional success
- Significant experience in general management, commercial, operation excellence, product related assignments
- Relevant industry / business experience
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Material science or related fields
- Secondary Degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and deliver business results
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead people & teams
- High energy, creative thinker to lead business to think beyond current offering space for growth
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate across the organization
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic environment and lead change
- Experience managing a team across multiple locations/regions
