- Conflict of Interest Management:
- Oversee the Annual Conflict of Interest (COI) Declaration Exercise.
- Lead system enhancements for the COI declaration form and platform to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage HR-related projects, collaborating with other functions as needed.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Provide expert consultation to HR teams on governance matters.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR auditing, compliance, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
- Certification in HR or auditing (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIA) is a plus.
