Your new role

Primary Responsibilities:

· Drive the identification, engagement, and development of internal talent to build a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline.

· Support the execution of talent review and succession planning cycles, ensuring a robust internal bench of top talent.

· Develop and maintain individual leadership development plans to nurture key talent and accelerate career growth.

· Implement leadership and potential assessments based on defined leadership frameworks to support data-driven talent decisions.

· Collaborate with the TM Lead to assess future talent needs and develop long-term succession and workforce development strategies.

· Review, refine, and implement Leadership Development Programs to support the continuous growth of high-potential employees and successors.

· Assist in managing mid-year and year-end performance appraisal and promotion cycles, including analysing leadership competency assessment outcomes to inform talent decisions.

Qualification and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Talent Management.

• Highly proficient in leading practises of performance management, leadership development and talent management.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent management initiatives with the organization's long-term goals.

• Exceptional command of English proficiency
