  • Conduct research in areas of credit rating methodologies, credit market trends, financial performance of companies, sovereign-related companies and sustainability.
  • Support in credit analysis and developing insights to internal stakeholders through concise presentations and reports.
  • Assist with developing the credit story of Temasek and support the engagements with credit rating agencies.
  • Develop and maintain large data sets and financial models to assist with financial analysis and credit rating assessments.
  • Support the team's responses to relevant consultation papers in the credit rating sphere.
  • Assist with the annual audit process.
Debt Investor Relations
  • Contribute to the development and execution of investor relations strategies and initiatives to attract and retain bond investors.
  • Assist with developing messages and content for investor and stakeholder engagement materials such as investor presentations, bond offering circular and Temasek Review.
  • Support the in-house planning and execution of global bond investor meetings and other stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist with execution of institutional and retail bond issuances, including reviewing legal documents and preparing marketing material.
  • Monitor trends and developments relating to the market, regulations and investor coverage to provide insights for enhancing our investor relations efforts.
  • Maintain IR-led webpages and investor database.
Requirements
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students in their last semester are welcome to apply.
  • Recognised degree in a quantitative discipline e.g., Business Management/Economics/Finance.
  • Additional modules taken in Communications/Marketing/Business Law are a bonus.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of data to generate actionable insights.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin) with the ability to clearly explain complex information.
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented when handling qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects across different domains and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Open to working on a diverse range of topics with undefined outcomes.
  • Strong work ethic, ownership mentality and proactive.
  • Effective team player with the ability to build meaningful relationships stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; VBA programming skills are a plus.
