We are looking for passionate individuals to be part of a disruptive innovative team and help the organisation to drive awareness and demand for the brands to achieve the business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Marketing Manager on content marketing strategy and implementation across internal / external comms channels, including social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more)

Content Management

  • Conceptualise and produce engaging content that are in line with the brands
  • Coordinate content management with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Manage the Content library (filing and labelling all content) and perform regular updates on content calendar
  • Generate monthly content report and present to management

Social Media

  • Conduct checks on social media content to ensure uniformity
  • Track, monitor and analyse content performance
  • Research and propose suitable user generated content for social resposting
  • Establish a strong social media community by proactively engaging with followers (e.g. replies and likes)
  • Coordinate and facilitate media tasting session, product launches and events to both internal and external parties
  • Support content coverage for marketing campaigns, product launches and new store openings
  • Manage and maintain digital assets for the brands, including coordinating brand / product photography / videography and basic editing of graphic images
  • Generate monthly social media report and present to management

Others

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and partners
  • Handle inquiries on corporate sales and collaborations / partnerships
  • Coordinate team activities and office event
  • Other projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Degree, with relevant experience in Marketing / Brand Management for F&B / FMCG / Hospitality industry
  • Loves interacting with people, creative and analytical individual who loves social media
  • Keen interest in analysing and interpreting data
  • Adaptable, resourceful and independent
  • Positive, self-motivated, have an eye for details and able to work with tight timelines
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and other social media marketing platforms
  • Knowledge in editing programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Mandarin)
  • Willing to work in the West area
