  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Manage transaction processing for banking products (SWIFT/MEPS, ACH, deposits, loans, cards), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, information requests, and non-STP issue resolutions.
  • Provide support with treasury settlements, fixed deposits, and loan operations and other operations tasks as needed
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Participate in payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing. This includes liaising with multiple stakeholders, submitting requests and executing test cases.
  • Draft, review and update payment processing procedures.
  • Working knowledge of SWIFT and HVP product implementation.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in SWIFT payment operations or similar.
  • Strong understanding of payment channels, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience handling exceptional payment cases.
  • Familiarity with process improvement or operational transformation.
