  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts for either:

1) CROSS-BORDER Recruitment Business - This is an individual contributor role focused on building and expanding a client base in Singapore with talent needs sourced from Malaysia. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Malaysian offices to deliver seamless recruitment solutions.

OR

2) NON-IT CONTRACTING Recruitment Business - This is an individual contributor role focused on building and expanding the client base in Singapore with non-IT talent needs, especially in contract staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts and ensure successful talent placement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in crossborder hiring.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic client acquisition and account management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Experience and proven performance in business development in recruitment or related industries.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the recruitment market advantageous.
  • Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
