Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive user growth in Singapore and Malaysia, focusing on acquiring and retaining users across both markets.
  • Manage and optimize the entire user lifecycle to enhance engagement and long-term retention.
  1. Performance Optimization:
  • Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and implement strategic improvements for our commercial success.
  • Formulate a strategy to actively gather insights from Partipost users and our clients.
  • Leverage data, trends and commercial acumen to identify gaps in existing processes for both users and clients.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Manage the operational workflow cross-functionally, including leading cross-functional marketing teams, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Partner with campaign marketing teams, product managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to implement and enhance user growth initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Sales team to ensure continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between growth strategies and broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in user growth, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the influencer marketing, social media, or mobile app industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of successfully optimizing campaigns and processes.
