  • Evaluate vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, Cloud etc.).
  • Identify potential system failures and assess their impact.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Resilience Planning and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with IT teams to create a comprehensive resilience strategy.
  • Define recovery objectives, response protocols, and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC):
  • Design and maintain DR and BC plans for critical IT systems.
  • Conduct regular drills and simulations to validate readiness.
  • Coordinate recovery efforts during incidents.
  • Incident Response and Communication:
  • Lead incident response efforts during disruptions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and end-users.
  • Provide timely updates and transparent communication.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish KPIs to measure infrastructure resilience.
  • Regularly report on performance, incidents, and improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance resilience strategies.
The Successful ApplicantQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, or disaster recovery.
  • Familiarity with industry standards
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Should be good at creating Runbooks.
