  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Tech Project Manager / Delivery Lead to build and lead a world-class team delivering cutting-edge technologies that will transform our front-to-back Equities journey. As an Engineering Lead, the candidate will be responsible for shaping the future technology platforms and building a highly skilled team of software developers (onshore and offshore) to support the transformation towards a Digital and Intelligent Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Predict resource needs to meet project objectives, managing resources efficiently.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Track and manage project costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Engage stakeholders, develop, and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Provide consistent project updates, including strategy, adjustments, and financial progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and overseeing deliverables.
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
  • Evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work in an Agile environment, utilizing Jira and Scrum methodologies, and perform the role of Scrum Master as needed.
  • Function as an individual contributor, driving project success through hands-on involvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5 to 10 years of hands-on Project Management / Delivery Lead experience.
  • Proven experience working within a scrum team and utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in Retail/Consumer Banking/Cash Equities is a plus.
