What You Will Be Working On
- Shortlist and select applicants for Service Work-Learn Schemes
- Follow through clearance processes
- Manage applicants and address manpower letters within required timelines
- Review and streamline the selection workflow
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight and multiple timelines
- Ensuring recruitment processes meet organisational requirements and are efficient
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (policy owners, system administrators, other recruitment centres, administrative entities)
- Empathising with applicants to understand their needs and concerns
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR-related roles is preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach and meticulousness
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to deal with high stress in a dynamic working environment
- Strong teamwork abilities
