  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What The Role Is

You work in a service recruitment centre, processing selected applications for various Service Work-Learn Schemes.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Shortlist and select applicants for Service Work-Learn Schemes
  • Follow through clearance processes
  • Manage applicants and address manpower letters within required timelines
  • Review and streamline the selection workflow
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders


Challenge(s)

  • Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight and multiple timelines
  • Ensuring recruitment processes meet organisational requirements and are efficient
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders (policy owners, system administrators, other recruitment centres, administrative entities)
  • Empathising with applicants to understand their needs and concerns


What We Are Looking For
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR-related roles is preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach and meticulousness
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Capacity to deal with high stress in a dynamic working environment
  • Strong teamwork abilities
