We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the IT Staffing or IT Services (Professional OR Managed Services) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, business development, and client relationship management within the IT industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling services.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the IT staffing or managed services sector.
  • Service Delivery Coordination: Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Contract & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior executives, hiring managers, and procurement teams to strengthen client partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvements and client success.
RequirementsExperience: 2+ years in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Business Development in IT Staffing, Professional Services, or Managed Services.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT recruitment, contract staffing, and managed services models.Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, negotiate deals, and close contracts.Relationship Management: Excellent skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and workforce solutions.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology sectors.
  • Prior exposure to contract staffing, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
