You are the main liaison between NSmen and the NS management system, responsible for human resource management and administrative matters in NS units under your purview.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage human resource and administrative matters for NS units
- Provide advice on NS issues to units and NSmen based on relevant policies
- Oversee optimal employment and deployment of NSmen
- Identify staffing shortfalls and project future requirements
- Conduct National Service succession planning
- Manage development, training, and grooming of National Servicemen through courses
- Contextualising NS issues to provide appropriate advice
- Balancing the needs of NSmen with organisational requirements
- Ensuring effective succession planning and development of National Servicemen
- At least 2 years of experience in human resource is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Excellent public relations skills
- Effective organisational skills
- Understanding of NS policies and administration
