- Provide technical support to operating staff in theatre during orthopaedic surgery.
- Ensure instrumentation are complete, clean and properly packed prior to and after surgery.
- Develop adequate knowledge of Company's orthopaedic product portfolio and instrumentation so as to assist nurses and doctors in surgery.
- Support sales personnel during in-services to nurses and doctors and participate in exhibitions (either weekdays or weekends).
- Maintain confidentiality of Company's documentation e.g. pricing, product specifications etc.
- Support sales personnel in the management of inventory for all product portfolio.
- Assist in topping up of consignment implants whenever necessary.
- Ensure that consignment implants are complete at all times
- Able to be mobilised during on-call for the next assignment/surgery case.
- Prepared to support surgeons in surgery during weekends when necessary.
- Be in operating theatre at least 15 minutes prior to surgery.
- Feedback to sales personnel any complaints, competitive activities and suggestions from nurses and doctors.
- Assist in cataloguing & documentation whenever necessary.
- Assist in bi-annual stock-taking
- Bachelor's degree with relevant years of proven experience in the clinical or healthcare setting experience (preferred).
- Must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including weekends.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Demonstrates resilience, willingness to learn, openness and adaptability, attention to details and possess the desire to excel and grow.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and develop strong relationship with stakeholders.
