  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:
  • Raise journals for cost recovery and reimbursement to AGC stakeholders (e.g. during FY closing)
  • Monitor incoming emails to Financial Management Unit’s email account (FMU Finance Mailbox) and work with teammates to address the queries
  • Back capturing of records for manual payments, journals, deposit records
  • Assist in raising SR requests with VITAL such as deposit records, journals
  • Sharepoint Housekeeping
  • Record Management
  • Testing on transformation projects (if any)
  • Assist in updating FMU Processes and Guides
  • Any other Financial Management Unit duties
Job Requirements:
  • Open to fresh graduates
Work Arrangement:
  • Duration: 10 months
  • Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 6 pm; Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
