  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Adecco is partnering one of the Largest Tech MNCs which specializes in Social Media and Ad services to search for a Technical Account Manager/Solutions Consultant
  • The ideal candidate needs to be familiar with the following verticals:
  • Writing SQL Queries (there will be a coderpad test)
  • Troubleshooting 3rd party scripts on websites
  • Restful API experience
  • AdTech/ Ad Product experience
  • There will be Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Role will start off as a contractual assignment (renewable)
The Talent
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree
  • 3+ years' experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
  • Knowledge of Advertising Technology ecosystem
  • Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
  • Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
  • Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
  • Korean Language proficiency - to work with native korean speaking stakeholders (i.e., clients)
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for the company's clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.
  • Build technical expertise in the company's various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
  • Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of advertising solutions
  • Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
  • Role is 30% external facing (clients) and 70% internal facing (sales team, escalation paths, cross functional teams)
