By leveraging digital capabilities as part of a future-ready team, your opportunities keep expanding.We are looking for committed team players to join us to apply your expertise and work with agile development teams to re-engineer business processes, perform functionality test and deliver the next generation system that improves how taxpayers connect and interact with us.What you will be working on:- Collaborate with business units within the division and across IRAS to reimage business processes and redesign how our core system can support IRAS' future needs through innovation- Scope and manage business requirements through iterative information gathering in collaboration with stakeholders and capture, analyse and translate user needs into user stories- Work with the development team to validate user stories as part of the Agile delivery cycle, e.g., user stories grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo, etc.- Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders- Perform and support user acceptance testing activities- Perform functional testing and verification of data migrationWhat we are looking for:- Degree in any discipline, preferably with background in Accountancy or Computer Science- Prior experience working on Agile IT projects is preferred- Good critical thinking and analytical skills- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills- Good interpersonal skills- Resourceful and a team player- Good written and verbal communication skillsWe regret to inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
