What the role is:We are seeking a motivated and creative HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner in planning and implementing initiatives for our organisation. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources.What you will be working on:1. Assist in planning HR initiatives for the year 2. Create and design Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) for various well-being HR programmes and events 3. Develop event timelines, including resource allocation and implementation plans 4. Support the coordination and execution HR events and activities 5. Conduct research on best HR practices 6. Assist in measuring the effectiveness of HR well-being initiatives through data collection and analysisWhat we are looking for:
  • Current undergraduate student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong interest in HR, particularly in employee well-being and engagement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Creativity and design skills for creating engaging EDMs (experience with design software is a plus) • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
