  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emails from clients and brokers promptly.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments regarding client or broker requests.
  • Generate and regularly reconcile the Statement of Accounts (SOAs); share them with clients and brokers.
  • Work with the payment department to ensure timely payments to clients and brokers.
  • Follow up with brokers and clients on outstanding dues for timely premium collection.
  • Report long-outstanding cases to the underwriting department.
  • Conduct timely reconciliation of SOAs.
  • Resolve unallocated receipts and work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Submit credit control reports.
  • Review the aging status of debtors.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

  • Capable of managing a high volume of transactions.
  • Available on short notice.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and meticulous.
