  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Material Handler - Up to 2,300 (OT Entitle + AWS)
Work location: AMK Industrial park 2
Required Headcount - 3 to 4 Pax
Working Day & Hours - Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat, 8.30am-12.30pm
Contract duration - 1 year( Will be converting to the perm after a year based on the performance)Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Operations:
Receiving Goods: Oversee the unloading and inspection of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of the products delivered.
Inventory Control:
  • Verify quantities and quality of items against work orders, report discrepancies, and ensure proper labelling on the parts.
  • Organization of the unloaded inventories: Efficiently organize inventories in the designated warehouse areas for easy access.
  • Documentation: Record all inbound shipments in the WMS ensuring the system is updated with accurate inventory details.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines for handling goods and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Outbound Operations - (Material Distribution / Shipping) * Material Distribution - Based on Work Orders, ensure materials are dispatch to the correct production room.
  • Picking and Packing: Retrieve goods based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for Shipment or distribution to Production room.
  • Shipping and Dispatch: Coordinate with the shipping department to prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate count of goods leaving the warehouse, ensuring the WMS reflects the correct stock levels.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load products onto trucks, ensuring all items are secured and handled according to safety standards. * Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including invoices, packing slips and tracking information ie MMF (Materials Movement Form) / Manifest.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
- IT savvy required - Particularly with the ability to use a scanner (training will be provided).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (as required by warehouse operations). * 'O' or 'N' Level or ITE or equivalent (preferably with warehouse or logistics experience).
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfilment and inventory tracking. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes physically demanding environment. Forklift certification (if required).
Skills: * Prior experience in warehouse operations, particularly in inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures in a warehouse environment.
Working Conditions: * Require to able to work for OT (Including weekends and PH)
  • Work in a warehouse environment which may include standing walking and lifting for extended periods.
