- Work with marketing manager to develop and implement trigger-based client contact strategies as new client assimilation, attrition prevention or reactivation programs
- Design and build processes to execute and automate campaign strategies
- Oversee back-end reporting and analysis for direct mail and media campaigns including database responses, incremental sales and contribution to overall business.
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity for revenue growth and cost reduction for specific market segments
- Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and ris, forecasting, regression, corelation, cannibalisation and probability modelling
- Know how to clean and link complicated data sets from various sources
- Collect sales records, analyse sales performance records/metrics, generate dashboard/reports, interpret results of overall sales, recommend promotion
- Guide sales reps ( key accounts, regional sales etc) in entering accurate forecast in sales force, generate weekly/monthly forecast reports
- Communicate sales reporting & sales forecasting to Senior management
- Analyse line of product line operation to determine profitability and establish baseline for action and operational changes
- Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs ( by function, process, fixed, variable ) per unit ( store, order ) and identify baseline for action
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer insights / custom market (B2B) research in areas of new product development and customer satisfaction/loyalty research and/or analyst experience in database/direct marketing
- Well developed knowledge of a wide range of custom research methodologies and techniques that includes quantitative research (web, phone & mail) and qualitative research ( in person/online focus groups and in-depth interviews ), including survey design, data analysis / interpretation and report writing
- Process good MS excel skills, statical software, data collection methods and fluent with SQL/BI/Visualization tools/Tableau
- Desired experience in data mining, discriminant/adjusted chi-square residual analysis, preference / segmentation / advanced regression modelling
