- Implementing PD initiatives to support leaders, and educators strengthen their competencies • Building on the PD-related and curriculum-related frameworks and initiatives (e.g. Skills Framework, Continuing Professional Development Roadmap, Early Years Development Framework, Nurturing Early Learners Framework, Leadership Development Framework) to plan and implement related work streams • Working on the roll-out of sector-wide initiatives that involves development of new programme resources • Collaborating with preschools/operators, government agencies, partners and various stakeholders to enhance the capability and capacity of EC/EI professionals • Assisting in budget management, finance processes, administrative work including data collation and analysis related to the programmes and event planning (ad-hoc)
- Experience in EI and/or Inclusive Practice would be preferred • Has experience in education-related /PD work, (e.g. policy and design of teacher training, staff development programmes) • Has strong analytical thinking and data management skills • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills • A self-motivated team player with strong project management skills
