Job Description:The CompanyOpportunity to join a globally established FMCG company experiencing exponential growth in Asia as Regional Finance Manager.The RoleReporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will lead a team and oversee the finance operations including GL, AR, Tax and internal controls. You will also lead and drive process optimization, standardization and improvement projects while liaising with various departments including tax, treasury and external banking relationships.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing Finance Operations in a regional capacity
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Prior experience with Oracle Fusion OR system implementation will be highly preferred
  • Prior experience within the FMCG industry as well as working with India and China will be ideal
  • Ability to be hands-on, meticulous and work in a fast-paced environment will be essential
