Prepare and present compensation data reports to senior management, providing insights for decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with local and federal compensation regulations, including pay equity and reporting requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on data analytics and bonus/incentive program management.
Good understanding of compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
