Job Description:Revenue Enablement Services is responsible for worldclass enablement for Oracle and Partner Sellers. We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to lead the successful management of sales enablement for JAPAC. The role encompasses stakeholder management and enablement planning of high impact programs.The JAPAC Performance Partner is the regional lead working with the JAPAC divisions, global RES Content leads, and the regional RES coaching and faculty team members. The role involves defining needs, ensuring needs are addressed in core enablement and local adoption of enablement to support seller productivity.Key Qualifications
  • Experience in managing, interacting, and influencing senior level stakeholders.
  • 10 years professional sales or solutions engineering experience in a high tech environment.
  • Consultative approach to identifying, assessing and prioritizing requirements.
  • Exceptional commitment and standards to customer service
  • Flexibility and agility to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Understanding the value of Oracle's solutions
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Degree level qualification minimum and relevant training qualifications would be an advantage.
Career Level - IC5Responsibilities:
  • Build execution plans that align the RES global and regional efforts.
  • Work with internal RES groups to align, plan and execute enablement plans.
  • Work with the global strategic program development team as needed to facilitate courseware development efforts to maximize the re-usability of materials and IP.
  • Work with the global tools and deployment team to coordinate program delivery efforts.
  • Assignment and mapping of training programs to regional roles
