The Partner Solutions Manager will work closely with partners to provide strategic direction and guidance on TR solutions, identifying opportunities and developing joint go-to-market strategies. This role will require strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to a diverse network of stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Partner Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner managers and other key stakeholders, providing guidance and support to help them understand TR solutions and identify market opportunities.
  • Opportunity Development: Collaborate with partners to identify gaps in capacity and develop strategies to address them, ensuring the right partner offering and capability understanding based on joint strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead Qualification and Verification: Work with partner managers and TR Business Development Managers to verify and qualify leads provided by partners or TR, ensuring that opportunities are properly assessed and prioritized.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging their input to determine which opportunities to pursue and facilitating connections with external stakeholders.
  • Customer Insights and Education: Educate partners on customer needs and insights, helping them develop effective pitch strategies and improve their understanding of customer requirements.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and communicate differentiators across partner offerings, communicating differentiators among stakeholders and ensuring partners understand the competitive landscape.
  • Solution Development: Proactively develop and showcase use cases for TR solutions, such as GMT, E-Invoicing, SAP/ORCL/WDAY integration, and other offerings, based on local and regional needs.
  • Solutioning and Sales Support: Collaborate with partners and TR sales teams to develop end-to-end solutions, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process.

About You

As a Partner Solutions Manager, you should possess the following:

  • Proven track record in a partner management or business development role, preferably in a technology or software industry
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives, partner managers, and field-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and plans
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Experience with solution development and sales support, preferably in a technology or software industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions in the legal/tax/global trade space is a plus
