  • Maintenance Recommendations: Provide clients with recommendations for repairs, replacements, or upgrades based on inspection results.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure ceilings meet local and national safety standards, making sure the premises comply with building codes and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with maintenance teams, contractors, or building managers to facilitate repairs and maintain ceiling integrity.
  • Tools & Equipment Management: Utilize specialized tools and equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and measuring instruments, to carry out inspections and necessary tests.
